In our Latest project The Sidley Four (which is now sold out), we utilized long board siding on the exterior which mimics the look of wood but is actually an aluminum material without the burden of maintenance. These is very unique to the area and were the first to have this material used in the entire block. Creating maintenance and advanced buildings is a huge part of what Bima Properties strives to grow at as technology in our society is growing.
In addition, we strive to utilize Advanced framing techniques which are more resource efficient, and offer more space for insulation so the end consumer is able to save more on heating while also releasing less toxins into the air. At our newest upcoming project, Metro 5, for much of the exterior façade, we will be using long Fixed Windows which will not only bring in more natural sources of light, but actually correctly installed, they will be fully airtight, making them extremely energy efficient as there will be minimum loss of heat. Our team works with our Vancouver architects to be more innovative to feature more energy efficient materials as the design portion itself is detrimental towards the progression of low maintenance and cost saving development of homes.
