With many individual investors, corporations or land owners themselves on multiple Real estate development projects throughout the Greater Vancouver area. Essentially what Joint Venture partnerships are is when two or more parties agree to work together and compile resources to to achieve a particular goal. These partnerships will be comprised of the Operating member and the Capital member.

            In terms of Joint venture partnerships in real estate, Bima Properties acts as the Operating member which provide the expertise from sourcing, acquisition, managing and developing the real estate project. The capital member will help finance the development project itself.

            Some of the keys to having a successful Joint Venture partnership that we at Bima Properties have operated with

  1. Understanding the Goals of the capital members.
  2. The Capital contributions clearly being defined by the members.
  3. Have complete clarification of the roles for each members.
  4. Who have final decision making authority (usually Operating member as they provide the expertise).
  5. Distribution of profits at the end of the development project completed/sold.
  6. Being Transparent about everything during the development/construction/sales process will all the members involved.

We at Bima Properties understand how important the Capital members investment is for any project they want to invest with as their goal is to further seek the increase  in there investment with strong returns at the end. Our team strives to provide a complete due-diligence, market research, cost/sales analysis on any prospective or ready to go development project that we may have that we believe will be profitable for our investors.
